The Secretariat of the Pacific Community’s Community Education Training Centre (CETC) recognized the achievements of its 2010 class during its 47th Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday, October 20th at 2.30pm at the CETC Campus, Narere.

SPC Director General signs CETC-VRDTCA MOU to boost human resource development in Vanuatu

The Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) Community Education Training Centre (CETC) is geared to provide regional services directly to the communities in Vanuatu through the Vanuatu Rural Development Training Centre Association (VRDTCA) under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Women’s Action for Change highlights issues through play

Theatre has been one of the most effective means of communicating social messages to the Pacific Island countries. Women’s Action for Change (WAC) is one such organization that has used theatre as a way to change the attitudes and behaviors of young adults towards issues surrounding them that affects their daily lives.
