This program will attempt to archive MSME policies of SPC’s member countries. An outcome of the COMSEC supported enterprise capacity building project in the Pacific through the CETC has been the development of an MSME policy for Vanuatu. COMSEC is providing technical support for this in 2010. Tonga is also looking at an MSME policy and a planned Tonga Strategy meeting under the same project that will look at a BDS network strategy for Tonga to link with that of the CETC regional strategy may provide some useful directions to the development of a Tonga MSME policy.
