Graduate Tracer Studies

CETC continues to trace its students whereabouts and the impact that they have had since their return to their home countries.
These are used as basis for CETC’s development planning.
By September 2011, CETC tripled its survey targets and covered 13 countries – American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Niue, Samoa, Solomon Is, Tonga, Tokelau, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna.
Nauru’s tracer wil be completed by end fo 2011.
Also traced were the 30 graduates of 2010.
Four countries (Papua New Guinea, Federated States of Micronesia, French Polynesia, New Caledonia) will be traced in 2012.
The survey results showed  a 72.5%  response rate and does not include 14% of those who have migrated.  The tracer study report will be finalised by end of 2011.
Plans are underway to have the graduate survey form available online to enable graduates who have access to fill these in.
