CETC as a regional program gets requests from SPC member countries on training support for the informal sector economy and for general community development. CETC makes available some of its training modules (with learner and instructor guides) and enterprise training packages to countries based on country requests under an SPC-Country Joint Country Strategic framework. The focus on the latter is on supporting enterprise in the informal sector.
CETC does this through:

• partnership arrangements with a national agency who has a mandate for community development and adult community training or any related training.
  This involves:
• CETC running a training of trainers refresher course in the country on delivering the module targeting potential trainers that would use the modules
• Receiving course and delivery evaluation on the utility of the modules
• Using feedback to revise modules for specific country contexts.
• Regional training of trainers in specific enterprise sectors where trainers return and offer advice or training using the CETC enterprise training kits.
