The 15th meeting of the PPHSN Coordinating Body (CB) was organised in Fiji, on 28 November 2008, back to back with the 2^nd Pacific Avian and Pandemic Influenza Taskforce (PAPITaF) meeting.

Unfortunately, four out of the seven Pacific Island countries and territories members of the Coordinating Body (French Polynesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and Tokelau), as well as one of the five allied members (Fiji School of Medicine), could not attend the meeting.

The agenda of this meeting focused on the outputs of the 2^nd PAPITaF meeting. The group also reviewed and discussed progress made in response to the recommendations from the 14^th PPHSN-CB meeting (see minutes below).
