Second Regional EpiNet Workshop "PPHSN Preparedness for Influenza and other Potential Threats like
     Dengue and SARS", co-organised by SPC and WHO in Noumea, New Caledonia, 7-11 June 2004
 

First Regional EpiNet Workshop "Building on the SARS Experience - Preparing PPHSN for
     Emerging and Re-emerging Infectious Diseases" co-organised by SPC & WHO, 1-5 September 2003,
     Suva,  Fiji Islands

 

3 EpiNet sub-regional workshops co-organised by SPC & WHO, 2001-2002

Between December 2001 and March 2002, SPC and WHO jointly funded and organised three EpiNet sub-regional workshops in order to further develop the outbreak alert and response capacities of PPHSN established five years ago. The outputs of the workshops were 6 PPHSN target disease-specific draft generic protocols, to be further developed and wrapped up (ongoing).
