*  The table shows the number of ILI cases reported by clinics in French Polynesia. However, the health department
    estimates that approximately 45,000 cases of H1N1 influenza have occurred in total in the community.

**  New Caledonia Health Department estimates that the cumulative number of cases of H1N1 is 40-45,000.
