Northern Group Islands Final Result

This report presents the Northern Group islands 2006 Census result. This is the second release relating to the 2006 Census, the first was the preliminary results, released in January 2007 soon after the count.

The Northern Group islands (where appropriate will be referred to as North) comprises of seven islands namely Palmerston, Pukapuka, Nassau, Manihiki, Rakahanga, Penrhyn, and Suwarrow and these islands remain relatively isolated from the Southern Group island as well as from the main island Rarotonga.
