Click here for Latest News and DevelopmentsThe quarterly survey of manufacturing output, employment and wages/salaries for year 2006 was carried out by the Statistics Department of Tonga between 2006 and 2007. The survey collects information on production , employment and wages/salaries, which include memorandum items. The survey covers all manufacturing establishments regardless of size; level of production or number of persons engaged. Due to funding constraints and the distance from the main island, the Niuas were excluded from the survey.
