POLICY BRIEFS

What are they?
POLICY BRIEFS

The new series of policy briefs produced by programmes and the Strategic Engagement, Policy and Planning Facility are designed to inform and facilitate analysis and decision-making at the national level. Their key purpose is to present information to SPC members and partners in a strategic way to facilitate policy dialogue and enhance high level decision-making.

Policy Briefs address a specific aim of SPC's corporate plan: ‘Increased focus on member priorities – proactive monitoring and analysis of regional and international developments relevant to Pacific Island countries and territories’.

Policy briefs are intended to complement the array of more technical information that SPC makes available in our programme newsletters and bulletins, technical reports from sectoral meetings, and scientific publications.
