Examiners and Moderators Training

The objectives of the training are:

• Outline the roles and responsibilities of examiners and moderators.
• Highlight the challenges experienced in the 2024 exam cycle and how these can be addressed in 2025.
• Use Item Analysis (RUMM Analysis) reports of the 2024 SPFSC exam to identify the good and the bad items.
• Use professional judgment to provide an explanation for the poor items.
• Explore ideas in subject groups on how to improve the identified bad items.
