The objective of the workshop is to work with country representatives to:
- build capacity on how to develop items (and the expected responses) to target specific learning outcomes to be assessed
- use the analysis of the Pilot 2 results to collaboratively review items that have been developed
- to design and confirm practical experiments for the field trial
Representatives from each country will work with domain specialists from SPC-EQAP and ACER to complete the work over the course of 4 days for Literacy and Numeracy.
