SPC through its Land Resources Division, is working on creating models for resilience based on sustainable food systems. This is critical to the global conversation on climate change – if small islands at the frontlines of climate change can create solutions, then so can the world. SPC is supporting the nurture and growth of resilient food systems through its continued 70 plus years working in the areas of soil health, forests, trees, crops, pests and diseases, genetic resources, plant and animal health under the challenge of climate change.
