Launch of the Pacific Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Capacity Strengthening Rebbilib

​The launch event is to share back and widely, the final report on monitoring, evaluation and learning practices and resources within the Pacific region. The launch event acknowledges all who have made contributions to the final Rebbilib as well as those who are interested in using the findings and recommendations for their own work.
