Sub-Regional Learning Event on School Leadership

The training aims to familiarise education officers of Fiji, Samoa, the Solomon Islands, Tonga and Vanuatu with the key features of the Regional School Leadership Standards. It will showcase the different appraisal instruments, reporting profiles and capabilities of the Strategy for Monitoring and Improving Leadership Effectiveness (SMILE). By the end of the workshop, it is envisaged that the participants will have gained knowledge on the regional standards and have developed their national SMILE for monitoring and reporting the performance of their school leaders against the country's school leadership standards.  ​
