Vanuatu RESCCUE Smartphones series – Lulu of Panganisu Community explains why you should say "NO" to plastic bags. The RESCCUE (restoration of ecosystems services and adaptation to climate change) project in Vanuatu has provided the Youth of North Efate with smartphones and associated training to help them document and demonstrate how to protect their environment and fight climate change in their communities.
