Le projet RESCCUE, mis en oeuvre par la CPS, soutient les communautés locales à travers les réseaux "Tasi Vanua" et "Nguna Pele Environment" pour sensibiliser les populations et organiser des collectes de déchets en partenariat avec la municipalité de Port-Vila.
