The Pacific Week of Agriculture and Forestry (PWAF 2023), held 6 -10 March 2023, brought together a diverse audience of agriculture and forestry experts, including ministers, government programme heads, researchers, NGO staff, the private sector and SPC and its partner FAO.
Many spaces were “standing room only” as participants packed halls and meeting rooms for more than 30 side events and the Ministers and Heads of Agriculture and Forestry meetings.
The theme of the week, “Growing Together: Transforming Pacific Agriculture and Forestry” was animated through robust participation and ardent discussion throughout the venue.
SPC would like to thank the Government of Fiji for hosting PWAF 2023, as we progress on the many fronts discussed and look forward to PWAF 2025 in Tonga.
