Definition A mobile cellular subscription refers to the subscription to a public mobile cellular service which provides access to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) using cellular technology. It includes post-paid and prepaid subscriptions and includes analogue and digital cellular systems. This should also include subscriptions to IMT-2000 (Third Generation, 3G) networks.
