Definition Affordibility (International) - Nearest metropolitan hubs are defined as follows: Auckland for Polynesia includes Tonga, Niue, Cook Islands, Samoa, American Samoa, Tokelau and French Polynesia; Sydney for Central Pacific includes Fiji Islands, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, and Tuvalu; Guam for Northern Pacific, includes Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau and Nauru.
