Mr. Johan “Bas” Berghoef joined SPC on 28 May 2017 as the Director Information Services.
Johan holds a Bachelor Degree in Communication Systems from the University Of Applied Sciences Of Utrecht and he studied towards a Master Degree in Social Informatics at the University of Amsterdam. Johan is an experienced ICT leader with 20 years in Executive, consulting and Enterprise Architect positions. He is an engaging communicator focused on leading the establishment, optimization and management of digitised processes and strategic opportunities in order to improve information knowledge management and IT systems.
Based on his experience as Senior Consultant, Johan is familiar with the Pacific region, having worked with a mining company in New Caledonia and remotely managed the establishment of project offices in Vanuatu and Guam.
