What is SPC? - Presentation of the SPC's Human Rights and Social Development Division

The SPC's Human Rights and Social Development (HRSD) Division supports SPC members to establish and/or strengthen their human rights and social development institutions, framework and systems. HRSD also works to mobilise, empower and build conditions for equality and social inclusion and supports Pacific people to realise the benefits of human rights and social development commitments made by SPC members.
