Showcasing nurses leadership in emergency clinical leadership and management

The Pacific Community (SPC) through DFAT funding provided the opportunity to study Clinical Leadership and Management with Alfred Health. While this programme is for clinicians, Mamatuki Sosefo was the only nurse that was part of this cohort given his expertise in the area of nursing management. Mamatuki completed this course successfully and shares his feedback in this video.
