Pacific Regional 2nd Writeshop for Submissions to the International Court of Justice Climate Change Advisory Opinion (ICJAO)

​SPC is pleased to  work with Pacific Island Country Governments and Administrationsand support the Government of Vanuatu  to facilitate the Second Regional International Court of Justice Advisory Opinion Writeshop.  During the Writeshop, delegates (Legal drafting officers and Attorney Generals) are expected to contribute to the drafting of their national and/or joint submissions for the ICJ proceedings. By the end of the Writeshop, delegates will have prepared draft submissions for their respective countries or territories.
