Angela Kwapena is the Fisheries Management officer – Tuna, for Papua New Guinea National Fisheries Authority. She is sharing her experience of PFLP, as she attended the 1st cohort of the 3 weeks residential workshop of Leadership for Effectiveness In January 2019, and the first cohort of the Leadership for Change workshop that was held in 2019.
