Apply to the PROJECT Governance Graduate Fellowship program! The PROJECT Governance Graduate Fellowship program (ProGov Fellowship) is designed to support promising young leaders from Pacific Island countries to earn a one-year professional degree at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa in the fields of finance, information systems, or law.

Eligibility

ProGov Fellows must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Be between ages 23-35 years old.
  • Be a citizen of one of the following Pacific Island countries: Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Kiribati, Papua New Guinea, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Palau, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, or Vanuatu.
  • Meet academic prerequisites for admission to the University of Hawai‘i (undergraduate degree from an accredited university in business, law, or related field).
  • Be working in a profession relevant to the PROJECT Governance goals (sound governance, just governance, responsive governance).
  • Be able to travel to and reside in Hawai‘i for the duration of their study from August to May.
