A two-day Pacific Island Conference on Ocean Science and Ocean Management Media Masterclass was held in Nadi, Fiji. This training initiative seeks to bridge the knowledge gap between the media and scientists, facilitating better interactions and comprehension while also catering to the media's requirements for effective reporting on ocean science. The Media Masterclass is a significant component of the inaugural Pacific Islands Conference on Ocean Science and Ocean Management, organized by The Pacific Community and scheduled to take place from September 11 to 15 in Nadi.
